WEP is the weakest of encryptions and can be cracked in a few minutes due to well known weaknesses in the encryption algorithm allowing one to manipulate the router displaying it's encryption technique
WPA and WPA2 is the next level of encryption, this algorithm can still be broken, althout it will take a lot longer to find the password as it will need to be achieved through brute forcing
